Full croaker fish, made for a proper feast.
All main meals are served with jollof rice, plantain and Naija sauce.

Tender boneless chicken, marinated and cooked with onions and bell peppers.

Four jerk turkey wings, two portions of jollof rice, plantain, salad and homemade hot sauce.

Cow foot, slow-cooked in spices and palm oil paste.
One boiled egg, five small red potatoes, two sweetcorn, one lobster claw, two brown crab claws, seven half-shell mussels, six king prawns and smoked sausage slices.
Grilled wings marinated in KC’s special jerk sauce.

KC’s began with Mercy’s food stall at Lancaster University’s Farmers’ Market in 2013. In 2024, that familiar welcome found a home here at Edward Roberts Court.
Her cooking brings Nigerian favourites and Caribbean flavours to the same table. Come for a taste of home, a new favourite, or simply a good meal with good company.
